Getting Started

 

You will need to think ahead, allow time to make sure the equipment you need is available for hire.

While Skips can normally be supplied with 24 hours notice sometimes same day is possible. Heavy equipment such as the digger needs to be ordered well in advance.

Before you are able to make a start you will need to hire a skip to dispose of the soil, hardcore etc.

We can supply skips in all sizes to suit all requirements from a small 1-2yard mini skip to a 14yard Large Skip, why not give us a ring 01394 386751

Prices range from £50.00 - £180 and will be collected when full, leaving you to get on with the job in hand.

 

EXCAVATION

 

Never an easy job, whilst some people use the age old back breaking method of ie:

Most will now hire a self drive mechanical shovel

Will complete the job in half the time, without the backache, and more efficiently

The spoils can then be tipped into the skip, again saving time by not double handling materials

 

 

Available from most tool hire company’s, machines can be delivered and collected

If you intend to hire a mechanical shovel you will need to give at least a weeks notice.

Hire rates range from around £175.00(inc VAT) for a Week End - £260.00(inc VAT) per weeks hire depending on size of machine.

Delivery may be extra, some hire company’s offer trailers with machines to allow you to collect.
